Yorka Tekstil
We produce with our state-of-the-art towel production machines and digital printing machines in our factory, located in Denizli Organized Industrial Zone, with a closed area of 5,000 m2 and an open area of 5000 m2. In addition to domestic export companies, we export to 22 countries including Europe, the Middle East and Russia.
About Us
As Yorka Tekstil, we serve our customers with more than 20 years of industry experience, aiming primarily at quality and customer satisfaction.
In our factory, all production stages starting from yarn; We carry out fabric production, printing, ready-made garments and finishing processes in our own facility. A strict quality control policy is implemented at every stage of production.
80% of our production consists of digitally printed towels and bathrobes. Apart from this, we produce printed fleece blankets, children’s ponchos, baby towels and other textile promotional products.
Some of our customers prefer to print at their own facilities. We also supply ready-to-print towels and fabrics to such customers.
Our products are OEKO-TEX class 1 certified. We also have SEDEX pillar 4 and DISNEY inspection. We adopt a production approach that respects the environment and respects workers’ rights. We choose our suppliers from manufacturers who are sensitive in this regard.

Approximately 80% of our production is digitally sublimation-printed towels and bathrobes, while the remaining 20% consists of fleece/sherpa blankets, kids ponchos, baby towels, luggage covers, and other promotional textile products.

Our Certifications
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1
An international certificate that tests fabrics for harmful chemical residues. Class 1 is the strictest category — it proves the product is safe for direct skin contact even with babies and children. All towels and bathrobes manufactured by Yorka carry this certification.
SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar Audit
An independent social audit report. 4-Pillar is the most comprehensive SEDEX audit and covers: working conditions, health and safety, environmental impact, and business ethics. Yorka undergoes this audit regularly and shares the report on request.
Disney FAMA (Vendor Audit)
The audit required to be listed on Walt Disney Company’s global licensed manufacturer registry. Brands producing Disney-character printed towels, bathrobes, or promotional items must source from audited manufacturers. Yorka is among the approved manufacturers that have passed this audit.

How long does sample production take?
On average 3-5 days for new design samples. Mass production lead time varies based on order quantity.
Are Yorka products safe for babies?
Yes. Our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1 certification proves that our products are safe even for direct skin contact with babies and children. We also produce a dedicated baby towel and bathrobe range.
