What decides an event job

• The date does not move. Samples take 3–5 working days; we plan backwards from your approval date together.
• One-off artwork, no screen cost. An event-specific design adds no extra cost in sublimation printing.
• Production from 100–250 pieces. A workable scale for a single event with a limited audience.
• It keeps working afterwards. Sun and chlorine do not fade the colours, so the towel carries your brand all season.
• Ready to hand out. Individual polybag, carton and pallet are the standard options. Other packing solutions are available on request.

Frequently asked questions

Can you make my event date?

Samples take 3–5 working days. Share the quantity, product and event date and we will plan production backwards with you. Even so, plan ahead and do not leave your order to the last minute.

Can each participant get a different name or number?

Different designs can be combined in one run; send your personalisation request together with quantities.

What is the minimum quantity?

It depends on the product; most items are 100–250 pieces and the figure is stated on each product page.

Can items be packed individually?

Yes. Individual polybag, carton and pallet are the standard packing options. Other packing solutions are available on request.

Will the print fade in pool or sea water?

No. Sublimation colours are unaffected by sun and chlorine.

Is the sample chargeable?

The sample fee is deducted from your invoice on orders above 250 pieces. Physical sample production takes 3–5 working days.

How long does production take?

After sample approval, production usually takes 3–4 weeks. It varies with quantity and seasonal load; the exact lead time is confirmed with your quotation.
