We produce under your own brand for retail chains, concept stores and e-commerce brands. The design is yours, the manufacturing is ours: the towel fabric is woven in our own mill, and printing, cutting, sewing and packing are completed in the same place.

What matters on the brand side

• Your own collection. Digital sublimation has no screen or setup fees, so every artwork can be its own SKU — which suits seasonal collection planning.
• Low MOQs, room to scale. Most items run from 100–250 pieces, so you can test a design in a small batch and scale the ones that sell.
• Photo-quality print. Gradients, illustration and photography in the same run, with no colour limit.
• End-to-end vertical integration. Weaving, printing, cutting, sewing and packing are all ours; no quality or lead-time drift from sub-suppliers.
• Shelf and parcel packing. Individual polybag, carton and pallet are standard; retail-ready packing is planned at quotation stage.
• Documentation. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1 and SEDEX 4-Pillar — what a chain retailer's supplier approval file asks for.
• Batch-to-batch consistency. The same fabric and print recipe reproduce the same colour and handle next season.

Branding and labels

Production with your own brand label and care label is possible; custom woven labels and hangtags can be added on request. Because cutting and sewing are in-house, label and packing details are planned per order. Before printing we prepare a digital mockup for your approval.

1. You share the collection artwork, sizes and quantities. We come back with your quotation and sample schedule within 24 hours.
2. A physical sample is produced in 3–5 working days.
3. Once the sample is approved, production starts.
4. Quality control runs at every stage of production.
5. We complete your production as quickly as possible and book it into the loading schedule.
6. Our experienced staff prepares your export documents and sends them with your order.

Frequently asked questions

Do you produce under our own brand label?

Yes. Cutting and sewing are in-house, so brand and care labels are applied during production; details are planned per order.

Is there a screen cost per design?

No. Digital sublimation uses no screens, so the number of designs does not change the cost.

What is the minimum quantity?

It depends on the product; most items are 100–250 pieces and the figure is stated on each product page.

Which fabrics are available?

Harley and Emma for towels (60% cotton, 40% microfiber polyester), Fiona (100% polyester), and Vera for sport and suede surfaces (100% microfiber). Fleece, sherpa and welsoft for blankets.

Which certificates do the products carry?

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1, a SEDEX 4-Pillar audit report and Disney FAMA factory audit.

Is the sample chargeable?

The sample fee is deducted from your invoice on orders above 250 pieces. Physical sample production takes 3–5 working days.

How long does production take?

After sample approval, production usually takes 3–4 weeks. It varies with quantity and seasonal load; the exact lead time is confirmed with your quotation.
