We manufacture for hotels, resorts, thermal facilities and spas. Plain colour, printed or embroidered-logo production to suit your property concept: we weave the towel fabric in our own mill and handle printing, cutting, sewing and packing in our own factory.

What stands out for hotels

• Laundry cost. Our bathrobes are made with a microfiber outer face and a 100% cotton terry interior; they are lighter than traditional woven robes, dry faster and lower laundry costs.
• Absorbency and durability. The cotton side takes up water and the microfiber face dries quickly, which extends service life under heavy use.
• Property identity. Logos and patterns are applied by printing or embroidery and the whole surface is usable. Plain-colour production is also available.
• Safe on skin. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1 — the baby-product class, the certificate spa and pool areas are asked for.
• Supplier audit. A SEDEX 4-Pillar report and a Disney FAMA factory audit, covering labour rights, health and safety and the environment, as hotel chains require.

Our plain-colour hotel products can be washed under hotel laundry conditions. Indanthrene (vat) dyeing is available on request.

Printed products are designed for washing at 30–40°C and ironing on low heat; no bleach.

Which bathrobe sizes are produced?

S, M, L and XL are standard. Custom sizes can be discussed on request.

What is the fabric construction of the hotel bathrobes?

Microfiber on the face, cotton terry on the back; 60% cotton, 40% microfiber polyester.

How is the property logo applied?

By sublimation printing or embroidery. With printing, the number of colours does not change the cost and the print leaves no stiff coating.

What are the washing conditions?

Plain-colour hotel products can be washed under hotel laundry conditions; indanthrene dyeing is available on request. Printed products should be washed at 30–40°C and ironed on low heat, without bleach.

Which certificates do you hold?

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1, a SEDEX 4-Pillar audit report and Disney FAMA factory audit.

Is the sample chargeable?

The sample fee is deducted from your invoice on orders above 250 pieces. Physical sample production takes 3–5 working days.

How long does production take?

After sample approval, production usually takes 3–4 weeks. It varies with quantity and seasonal load; the exact lead time is confirmed with your quotation.
