Blank Towels and Fabric for Sublimation Printers

We produce blank towel fabric and bathrobe fabric for sublimation printers and promotional producers. You do the printing; we make the fabric that takes it. You can buy it as fabric on the roll or as ready-sewn towels.

What matters when you decorate it yourself

• A surface made for sublimation. Vera is 100% microfiber; Harley and Emma are woven with a microfiber face and a 100% cotton back.
• Batch consistency. The same quality and the same colour fastness in every batch, with standard fabric widths and standard towel sizes.
• Roll fabric or ready-sewn goods. Buy fabric on the roll and print straight from the metre, or print ready-sewn blank towels as they are.
• Small batches. Most items run from 100–250 pieces — a workable scale for trials and seasonal top-ups.
• OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1. Ready when your own client asks for documentation — from a factory audited to SEDEX 4-Pillar and Disney FAMA.
• White and plain colours. A clean base for your print; plain-dyed production is available too.
• Safe for baby products. No harmful chemicals.

Fabric options

Harley and Emma for towels (60% cotton, 40% microfiber polyester), Vera for sport and suede surfaces (100% microfiber), plus Fiona (100% polyester) and fleece. Weights and widths are confirmed at quotation stage.

Packing

Rolls are wrapped in double-layer PP or sacking for safe transport. Ready-sewn towels ship in cartons and on pallets.

1. You share the product, fabric, weight and quantity. We come back with your quotation within 24 hours.
2. On request we send you a fabric swatch.
3. Once you have run your own print trial and approved it, production starts.
4. Roll fabric is quality-checked before dispatch; sewn towels are checked at every stage and packed at the end.
5. We complete your production as quickly as possible and book it into the loading schedule.
6. Our experienced staff prepares your export documents and sends them with your order.

Do you do the printing?

No. The products on this page are prepared for you to print. For work we print ourselves, see our promotional and retail solution pages.

Which fabrics are suitable for sublimation?

Vera (100% microfiber), Harley and Emma (microfiber face, cotton back). Sublimation dye bonds to polyester fibre, so a 100% cotton surface is not suitable for this method.

Can I buy fabric by the metre?

Yes. Towel, fleece and microfiber fabric is supplied in rolls, and ready-sewn blanks are available as well.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product; most items are 100–250 pieces and the figure is stated on each product page.

Do you send fabric swatches?

Yes. We send a fabric swatch on request; if you need a sewn sample it is produced in 3–5 working days.

How long does production take?

After sample approval, production usually takes 3–4 weeks. It varies with quantity and seasonal load; the exact lead time is confirmed with your quotation.
